ahh yea i don't know how to get it to signature size, i opened the file originally as a 100x400, but then the render was depixelated and all of this weird crap happened lol, so yeah it's a picture! ^_^ thanks

yea i tried that at first, but when i moved the picture onto the blank 400x100 file it messed up, i tried to upload it on directly, i tried various methods and it didn't work. However, I'm willing to either get back at it until i find out the right method OR i'll just crop like Hetalia, it doesn't seem like a bad idea. =)
