Should Novasty Be A GM?

In-Game Name: Novasty
Name: Sue Pansavath.
Age: 14.
Location/Timezone: EST.
Describe yourself (personality wise): I'm funny, nice, weird, i could also be serious,i'm emotional, and i'm loving. That's what Arctic said .
Email (If any): N/A.
How active are you in game? in forums?: I'm pretty active in the game. And in Forums i go on about 1 hour a day.
How long have you been with Tonight Story?: All i know is i've been here more than 3 weeks.
What do you think you can contribute to this server?: I can contribute to the server by catching hackers or cheaters, helping players and answering questions when players ask.
Why are you applying for GM?: I am applying for GM because, i want to help the server to be a better place to play in. And help those people who are needed.
Have you had any previous GM experience? Where and for how long?: Yes i have experience being a GM before in a server called "Crimestory". I was a GM there for about 2 month.
What is your method for hunting for hackers? My method for hunting hackers is i would go to the commom places where hackers would be, also i'll ask players if they seen any hackers, and i usually follow suspicious people around in hide.
how often do you think you should hunt for hackers?: i think we should hunt hackers as much as possible.
How would you handle a hacker?: First i would take a fast screenshot of them hacking than i would banned them as soon as possible.
If 2 people are arguing over SMEGA how would you handle it?: First i would tell them to stop smegaing and take it to whisper, if it continues than i would jail them and let them talk it over.
If a player were to call you a "fail GM" how would you respond to that? or how would you retaliate?: If someone called me a "fail GM", First i would jail that person and ask how do i fail, and how can i improve.
as a GM what do you feel is more important for YOURSELF? Having fun or Keeping the server organized and clean?: It should first be organized and clean the server because if the server weren't organized or clean it would be chaos to play in or have fun.
Why should we choose you?: You should choose me because, i can help people with anything.
